Lately Elise has also been quite curious about writing instruments...pens, pencils, colored pencils, etc. She's figured out that they can make doodles, but she can't always hold it quite right to make it work. But the most fun thing to do with them? Take them out of the box and put them all over the floor! And the fun continues because you get to try and put them back IN the box...then take them OUT of the box...put them back IN the box...then take them OUT of the box...Elise could do this all day!
What else does Elise like to play with? Her baby dolls. She likes this one because she can put it in and out of the cradle. She likes to put it to bed and cover it with the blanket. She also likes to pick it up and give it kisses (sloppy, open mouthed kisses...but it's still a kiss). And finally, she likes to point to the baby's eyes and say "ahh" or the baby's nose and say "noe" and sometimes the baby's mouth and say "mau."
