...and a busy February

February was another busy month. We worked on unpacking more (although we still have a few pesky boxes left to deal with), drove to Wisconsin to visit James' dad and his family, celebrated Elise's 2nd birthday, James was called to serve as Young Men's president, and James went to the North American Handmade Bicycle Show. The month flew by! Here's some pictures:

Elise loves bicycles and enjoyed trying out this one in the store...she cried when we had to take her off of it. This summer I think she'll be getting one of her own...

Trying out one of Grandpa's John Deere tractors...

...she just loves them!

Playing at the children's museum we visited while in Wisconsin

She loved this ball game...air moved the balls through the tunnels and she loved watching them disappear before finding another ball to put in the basket.

Elise's 2nd birthday was during our trip to Wisconsin. She seemed to really like the cake and festivities. Here she is with James and her uncles Isaac and Elijah.

This year she actually ate her ice cream (although she didn't eat her cake)...an improvement over last year when all she did was put it in her hair...

Opening presents!

We were bad parents and forgot most of her gifts in Virginia, so when we got back into town we had another birthday celebration. Instead of a cake we just used a Twinkie (I took the lazy way out!)

Elise loved her M&M's...a gift from Grandpa who finds them handy to have around when we visit them in Utah

At the North American Handbuilt Bicycle Show James got to meet Doriano De Rosa, one of the famous bike builders of the De Rosa Italian bicycle company.
